Waterproof Matches Won’t Let You Down
Have to admit these were MUCH smaller than I had imagined, but they came in 2 little round plastic containers, very convenient for backpacks or pockets. If you are going to be near water or want to be sure you can light a fire in the rain, these matches are a must. Glad I have them, and they are going into my bug-out bag in my trunk.

Month to deliver, poor communication, and they are not waterproof
Took over a month to be delivered. Communication was poor. They either do not understand our postal system or they have poor interpretation of their messages. I was notified that my package was delivered and I needed to contact the postal service to arrange another delivery or go and get them. They included the numbers to call and track down a package and the helpline for misplaced orders. I was not happy. They were then delivered the next day.The plastic containers are not screw on, nor do they have a seal, so maybe water resistant at best. The matches did light in a moderate wind but are not waterproof as advertised. They get wet at all, they go out and do not relight. The first one I tried the stick broke.I can not depend on these. I am returning them and buying the real waterproof survival matches.

Good quality.
I’d like it a little longer to accept kitchen matches but it’s still effective for waterproofing.

Poor product/packaging design. Low value item.
Overall, not an impressive experience. Items arrived late. The orange plastic containers are thin (very susceptible to breakage) and the caps just slide on (there are no threads to hold the cap on), so the cap easily falls off and the matches spill out into whatever you are storing them (glove box, first aid kit, bug out bag, etc.) and scatter all over the place and break and crumble sulfur everywhere. Lastly, the diameter of the orange plastic container is too small to allow for all the matches to be stored in the same direction (ie’ all the wooden ends are exposed to make picking them out easier). Because of the extra coating on the matches to make them “weather resistant” the diameter of the match heads is increased, but this apparently wasn’t taken into consideration during the packaging design phase so the matches have to be alternated (half-right side up, half upside down) so that they all fit in the container. Poor design. Product “value engineered” beyond where it still has enough “value” to the consumer.

Top seems a little loose.
Good matches. Stay lit for about 10 seconds or so. Decent strike pad. The top does not have a positive lock to it. It jus slips over. I’ll probably put a rubber bad or duct tape around it to be safe.

Waterproof and wind proof matches
Since this item never arrived I can’t review the performance of the product, I did receive a refundEdit 2 weeks after the refund: these items arrived a few weeks after the refund was issued. The box they were shipped in was pretty hammered. All 5 arrived, each had 20 matches. I tested one in the pretty high winds we get here in the afternoons. The match lit and stayed burning long enough for me to start cotton on fire, I even tried blowing it out but the match stayed lit.

Very small. Fits my hand
They are very small. Not worth the price because they can brake easly when in an emergency.

Not waterproof
Wouldn’t light when wet, and went out immediately in water. Basically just regular garbage matches.

They don’t light
Tried to strike about 6-7 matches. 2 got 2 of them to light after striking multiple times. The ones that didn’t light just broke after trying to strike many times. The 2 that I finally got to light burn down like sparklers for a few seconds, then burn out when they hit the wood stick. These will not be useful when you’re out camping or backpacking in the rain. They also took forever to be delivered. Weeks. I will return them if I can.

These are not Matches
These are the tips of sparklers attached to a tiny stick. they do not burn they flare up and smell of sulfur. they are not waterproof at all. This product is absolutely a bad buy if you are looking for matches, waterproof or otherwise, these burn up within a few seconds. the part of this “match” you are to hold is right next to the bottom part of the oversized “match” head that you will burn your fingers when you get one of these started.

Useless!
These matches are pretty much useless! The part you hold is way too short. Looks like they were broken off to fit into small container.

Awful
These do not work, they kept breaking. Very short, they don’t light with striker. I got one to light after breaking 5 and it didn’t stay lit very long. Very disappointing.Update, refunded without question. Thank you

Pure junk
Don’t buy this junk. Cheap giveaway style crap. Container is not even water resistant much less proof like this style matches should be. I’ll take my chances with any type fire starter

Not buying again
These broke very easily when striking. I had to put my finger on the tip while striking, then drop it before getting burned. And they’re only about 1 1/2″ long, so they don’t burn long. I had better results with ordinary (and free) matches. Oh yeah, the cap/canister are not threaded: it’s just a press-fit affair, and mine opened when it fell from my bumper if my truck.

They break super easily
2 out of 3 matches will break. Once you get it lit, you have seconds to light whatever your going to light.
