    Trockentrenntoilette für Familienurlaub im Wohnwagen etc.

    Ich habe die Boxio Toilet nun 4 Wochen im Wohnwagen-Urlaub mit der Familie getestet um muss sagen ich bin begeistert!Beim Freistehen, auf dem Stellplatz und auf dem Campingplatz hat uns das Klo nicht im stich gelassen.*KompaktDie kleinen Abmaße der Box ermöglichen es uns in unserem 35 Jahre alten Wohnwagen eine Toilette haben. Toilette passt perfekt unter das Bett.*BenutzungKindergartenkinder sowie Erwachsene (Männlein und Weiblein) haben keine Probleme mit der Nutzung gehabt: Große und kleine Geschäfte konnten problemlos verrichtet werden. Das große Geschäft haben wir mit einer Handvoll Hanfstreu abgedeckt. Toilettenpapier haben wir auch mit im Bereich für Festes entsorgt. Die Pipi läuft in den Kanister.Anfangs mussten wir etwas schauen, wie man sich am besten auf die Toilette setzt, damit alles in seinen Bereich fällt.*Entleerungdie Entleerung hat erstaunlich gut funktioniert. Für den Pipi-Kanister gibt es einen Deckel. Der Kanister lässt sich super am Griff tragen. Bei Gelegenheit haben wir den Kanister in der Toilette entleert und einmal ausgespült.Im Eimer hatten wir Kompostbeutel eingelegt. Beutel haben wir bei 4 Personen ohne Alternativtoilette alle 1-2 Tage entleert und in die Schwarze Tonne geschmissen.Bewährt hat sich hierbei, die Tüte zuzuknoten und den Deckel auf den Eimer zu machen. Mit dem Eimer kann man dann entspannt zu einer Mülltonne, um Beutel dort wegzuschmeißen. Manchmal hab ich gedacht, dass ein zweiter Eimer das Prozedere etwas erleichtern würde.Geruchsentwicklung:Geringe Geruchsentwicklung, wenn die Trockentrenntoilette offen ist und ausreichend Streu verwendet wurde.Wir haben den Deckel zusätzlich mit einem Clip verschlossen. So riecht man definitiv nicht, dass eine Toilette unter dem Bett steht.Wir hatten vorher mal ein günstiges Not-Eimerklo getestet. Wenn Pipi und Kacke zusammen in einem Eimer landen, riecht es innerhalb von Stunden sehr stark! Kein Verglicht zur Trenntoilette!Fazit:Ich würde die Toilette immer wieder kaufen. Passt super in unseren Wagen, lässt sich super reinigen und entleeren (einen zweiten Eimer werde ich ggf. für den nächsten Urlaub noch besorgen)Und der Preis im Gegensatz zur Konkurrenz oder einem Eigenbau (den ich überlegt hatte) ist unschlagbar.Mit einer Auflage auf dem Deckel ist das Teil auch eine super Sitzgelegenheit!

    Me parece muy caro para lo que es

    El wc boxio no es un mal producto. Los materiales se ven de buena calidad y resistentes. Su construcción es sencilla y práctica y además es muy ligero. El sistema de recogida de excrementos es sencillo y práctico, la tapa que trae no me parece útil ya que colocas la bolsa y la retiras no creo que nadie use la tapa la verdad… Y la garrafa de la orina no está muy bien pensada ya que al ser completamente plana por la parte superior es muy difícil vaciarlo completamente.Pero lo que me parece increíble es que cueste lo que cuesta una simple caja euro con un cubo para las heces y una garrafa para la orina!! Y además que no trae ningún accesorio como la válvula antiolores.Os recomiendo además comprar la caja inferior para darle altura ya que es muy bajo y algo incómodo sin el “altillo”

    Die Box ist gut durchdacht und sehr schön platzsparend, in meinem klein wohnanhänger super. Nur der Preis ist zu hoch finde ich 100euro und der Preis/Produkt wäre fair und gerecht. Ansonsten sehr sehr zufrieden. Danke

    Des choses à revoir

    Utilisation dans un fourgon, c’est pratique mais l endroit pour soulever le séparateur est très mal conçu,le doigt glisse dessus et impossibilité de faire quoi que ce soit .Nous avons percé à chaud deux trous dans lesquels nous avons passé une cordelette,et là c’est fonctionnel. Il devrait aussi y avoir un clapet anti retour sur le bouchon du bidon d urine, nous avons donc mis un anti odeur d evier ou douche en silicone, c’est top..La base du bouchon de vidange des urines devrait être en entonnoir car très difficile de tout vider…Au prix où est vendu cet article,ces choses là devraient être pensées..

    Boxio Compost Toilet

    Had to pay UPS Delivery driver 34.80 $ customs fee . Definitely not worth 339 for a plastic box 3 rolls of garbage bags & 2 small bags of Hemp . You could probably do the same with a 5 $ 5 gallon pail . What a trap . I am returning this article in a heart beat . Stay away from made in Germany cheap products . Not worth it .

    Ottimo acquisto ecologico, pulito e molto comodo.Usato anche di notte all’Interno del van per non uscire al freddo….direi necessario.Nessun fastidio nessun odore pratico da pulire.Soprattutto se si fa una ricerca su quanto costano altri wc a separazione.

     Voy con las cosas negativas y que me han hecho devolver el producto.1.el precio, por lo q cuesta me esperaba más calidad, evidentemente se nota q es plástico reciclado y se siente frágil al tratar con el2. El Y más importante, su manera de vaciado, en concreto el depósito de líquidos es a mi parecer el peor diseño posible puesto q es IMPOSIBLE vaciarlo por completo y siempre quedan restos además de poner todo perdido al intentar sacudirse para limpiarlo lo” máximo posible”3. algo q me incómoda es q al ser un wc portátil esque no tiene asas ni ningún tipo de sujeción para transportarlo; una de sus ventajas.4. Al ser tan ligero peca de calidad y buenos acabados, su bisagra es una cuerda q por 150 podrían haberse esmerado más5. Al ser pequeño para q ocupe poco espacio, las personas un poco grandes tienen problemas a la hora de hacer sus necesidades.YO NO LO RECOMIENDO, PORQUE SUS VENTAJAS SON MUY POCAS COMPARANDO SUS DESVENTAJAS.voy a buscar otra alternativa y devolver este!

    Eine Hilfe, auf dem Campingplatz oder in der Laube, aber unbequem und nicht wirklich meine Welt!

    Fazit: Selbst für den Sonderpreis vom 12.07.2023 = 196€ statt der nun wieder geforderten 229,90€ (22.07.2023), zahlt man hier sehr viel für die „Idee“. Ja man hat kein „Chemie-Klo“ aber doch einiges an Arbeit und Unbequemlichkeit! Richtige Freunde werden das Bio-Klo und ich nicht! Ist aber eine echte Entlastung, wenn man in der Gartenlaube nur eine 1,5m ³ Grube besitzt…Das „BOXIO Toilet MAX+ Komplettset“ wird in einem Umkarton (41,5x41x31cm, 5,2kg Gesamtgewicht) verschickt. Zum Set gehören:• Die Anleitung: DIN A5 in Deutsch und Englisch, fast nur aus Bildern bestehend. Leicht verständlich und bequem ausführbar.• Der BOXIO – Toilettenkasten: Ist eigentlich nur eine aus schwarzem Kunststoff hergestellt Kiste (1346g Eigengewicht, 40x30x27cm).• Die Boxio – Toilet UP Sitzerhöhung: Auch hier ein schwarzer, Kunststoffkasten mit den Maßen 759g Eigengewicht, bei 40x30x12cm). Die Sitzerhöhung passt wunderbar unter den Toilettenkasten und kann zur Aufbewahrung von „Hilfsmitteln“ wie Einstreu oder Ähnlichem genutzt werden). Beide Kästen können durch die mitgelieferten Halteclips fester verbunden werden.• Die Halteclips: Auch sie bestehen aus schwarzem Kunststoff (4g, 3,5×2,5×1,5cm). Durch Drücken der beiden Flügel öffnet sich die Klammer ein Wenig und man kann die beiden Kastenteile (Toilettenkasten und Sitzerhöhung) mit einander verbinden. Ist ein Stück stabiler, als ohne Clips, und da 6 Stück mitgeliefert werden…• Der Toilettendeckel: Ein einfacher, aus schwarzem Kunststoff bestehender Deckel, der genau auf einen der beiden Kästen (Toilettenkasten und Sitzerhöhung) passt. Wird später mit einer schwarzen Kunststoffkordel am Kasten befestigt und wird somit „Auf- und Zu- klappbar“, ohne den Deckel ganz zu entfernen.• Der „Feststoffbehälter mit Deckel“: Diesmal aus grauem Kunststoff 178g Eigengewicht, 26×18,5x17cm, 5,7l Fassungsvermögen. Da man für die Festen Hinterlassenschaften eigentlich einen der mitgelieferten Säcke in diesen Behälter steckt, verstehe ich den Sinn des Deckels nicht, zumal der Behälter über keinen Henkel verfügt!• Der „Flüssigkeitstank“: Auch er überrascht: Weißer Kunststoff! (424g Eigenegewicht, 25×17,5x12cm mit einem 5Øx2cm Gewindeaufsatz und einem beweglichen, schwarzen Kunststoff-Henkel (8,5x7x0,7cm) bei einem Fassungsvermögen von 5,0l. Der Flüssigkeitskanister kann mit einem der beiden mitgelieferten Schraubdeckel verschlossen werden.• Die Schraubdeckel: 2 Stück mit offenem Deckelbereich in Olivgrün (6,7Øcm mit einer 2,5Øcm Bohrung). Beiliegend ein weißer Dichtungsring (2g Eigengewicht, 5Øx0,2cm mit 2,5ØLumen) und eine Dichtungskappe (9g Eigengewicht, 4,7Øx1,7cm) beide passen wunderbar in die Schraubdeckel! Den mit dem Dichtungsring ausgestatteten Schraubdeckel setzt man auf den Flüssigkeitstank, somit ist die Verbindung zwischen Toiletteneinsatz und Flüssigkeitstank abgedichtet. Will man den Inhalt des Flüssigkeitstanks entfernen, schraubt man den zweiten Deckel (mit der Dichtungskappe) an Stelle des Deckels mit Dichtungsring, auf den Tank = dicht verschlossen für den Transport!• Der Toiletteneinsatz: Hier wieder schwarzer Kunststoff! 457g Eigengewicht, 37x27cm mit einer „Toiletten-Vertiefung von 30x19x9cm. Die Vertiefung unterteilt sich in einen „Offenen Bereich“ (hier geht es zum „Feststoffbehälter 0 14×17,5cm) und eine sich vertiefende „Auffangschale“ mit einem 2,5Øcm Loch (14,5×17,5x2cm). Beide Bereiche werden durch einen Steg (14,5x1x0,5cm) getrennt. Bevor der Einsatz in den Toilettenkasten integriert werden kann, muss man sowohl den „Feststoffbehälter“ (Hinten) und den Flüssigkeitstank (Vorne) in den Toilettenkasten stellen. Dann sind noch die 4 Halteschrauben (Schrankverbinder) mittels des beiliegenden Werkzeuges an zu bringen, auf die dann der Einsatz abgelegt wird (Tragkraft max. 150kg!!!).• Der Urinal-Stopfen: ein roter Silikonstopfen (16g Eigengewicht, 4×2,8Øcm). Mit Ihm verschließt man den inneren Zugang zum Flüssigkeitstank – finde ich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig/unappetitlich, da ja keine Wasserspülung nach dem urinieren erfolgt und ich nicht weiß, wer vor mir die Toilette benutzt hat.• Feststoff-Beutel: (insgesamt 3 Rollen) 1 Rolle = 176g Eigengewicht, 11×4Øcm mit 25 Beutel a 7g. Diese Beutel werden in den (offenen) Feststoffbehälter gesetzt und mit ein wenig Hanfeinstreu befüllt (nimmt die Restfeuchte auf). Am Ende des Tages, oder nach eigenem „gut Dünken“, kann der Beutel entnommen, zugeknotet und dem Hausmüll zugeführt werden!• Hanf-Einstreu: geliefert in zwei Säcken (je 520g Eigengewicht, 5,6l Nettovolumen; 32x21x9cm). Die Hanf-Einstreu wird zur Geruchs- und Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme in den Beutel, der im Feststoffbehälter einhängt, vor und nach dem Toilettengang gestreut.• Der „Schüttkanister“: Rauchgrau eingefärbter PVC- Behälter mit Doppelöffnungsdeckel (Groß/Klein) (202g Eigengewicht, 19×23,5x9cm, 2,8l Nettovolumen (1/2 Hanf-Einstreusack). Hier kann die Hälfte eines „Hanfeinstreu-Sackes“ griffbereit gelagert werden und über die beiden Öffnungen in den Feststoffbehälter geschüttet werden…Für mich wohl der wichtigste Punkt. Die Erhöhung ist ein Muss! Ohne Erhöhung hat die Toilette eine Höhe von 27cm! Mit der Erhöhung, dann wenigstens 39cm! Zum Vergleich hat eine normale Toilette 42-43cm Höhe (ohne Toilettenbrille). Ohne „Erhöhung sitz man sehr unglücklich (zumindest bei 181cm Körperlänge) auf dem Bio-Klo! Auch das Sitzen (wieder so eine Merkwürdigkeit, der abgedichtete Deckel ist mit einer Schnur an der Toilette befestigt), ist nicht sehr komfortabel, wenn nicht sogar unbequem – lange Sitzungen sollte man vermeiden! Männer werden sich an das „Pinkeln“ im Sitzen gewöhnen müssen, und auch hierbei sehr genau das Loch für den Flüssigkeitsbehälter treffen – sonst geht alles in den Feststoffbehälter, weil der kleine Trennsteg nicht viel Flüssigkeit zurückhält!

    too small

    i was so looking forward to this boxio. there is no room to wipe yourself with out standing. can get messy. it smells terrible. the idea is great but it isn’t a satifactory product. i payed over $200 for a plastic box that doesn’t do the trick. a big five gallon bucket with a toilet seat would work better cause you can wipe yourself with making a mess. sorry but this product gets a thumbs down. a very expensive thumbs down. my $200 would have been spent beter on food. wasted on a plastic box boohoo

    Easy to assemble

    Set this up in a pop up tent to use at a shop on the back of our property. Put some toilet paper and hand sanitizer in the tent and it was ready to use. All the men who use the shop think it’s great and no more tracking into our house.

    Extremely poor quality and half the size it needs to be.

    I bought this because it was 1/4 the price of the high end composting toilets and wanted something better than the $20 seat that fits on a 5 gal bucket, but it looks like I might be stuck using a bucket anyways because this is terrible. It’s not worth close to $20 let alone the $250 they sell it for.Everything is extremely flimsy and uses the cheapest materials. It’s at most half the height of a low toilet so you’re essentially squatting and the “seat” is also about half the width of a normal seat which means you can’t really sit on it. Additionally, the “seat” sits on 4 metal pegs that you have to put in yourself – they are similar to the pegs in adjustable wooden shelves except they screw in. I don’t trust the pegs to not rip out of the flimsy plastic they are attached to and I don’t trust the seat to not crack and break on the mounting points as well.All in all, totally regret the purchase.

    Very messy

    With the way it is designed every time a female uses it the urine splatters everywhere making a huge mess plus it is way overpriced you can get a 5 gallon bucket with a toilet seat for way less money and it would work far better regardless of which gender was using it.

    Way over priced and awkward

    This is NOT a composting toilet. It does separate solid and liquid but you will be composting somewhere else, NOT in thismini toilet. This is a small emergency toilet for your 3 year old. It will need a booster for an adult to have a comfortable squat. Also plan on emptying this often, likely after every use.

    Indispensable en bivouac

    Je cherchais une solution pour moi et ma copine pour faire nos besoins lors de nos voyages et road trip en tear drop. C’est chose faite. Rapide à mettre en place et on s’y sent presque comme à la maison 👌Je recommande tout fois la ré hausse pour plus de confort et en plus ça apporte du rangement pour les copeaux et les rouleaux de papiers toilette. Et ça ne prend pas beaucoup plus de place.

    Pratique et bien conçu. Le top des toilettes sèches portables 👍 Mais le prix…

    Come pour le reste de la gamme Boxio (Boxio Wash, accessoires…) la qualité est au rendez-vous et le concept est abouti 👌Partique, tout en un dans un format compact et conception d’apparence solide.Donc, si on sait y mettre le prix demandé (qui n’est quand même pas donné dans l’absolu) on ne sera pas déçu et on en a finalement pour son argent. Le confort (d’usage) à un prix 😉

    Better than anticipated

    Having lived with this beast for a bit, I thought I would write a review and maybe clear up some of the questionable information I’m seeing on the web regarding the Boxio unit.As an intro, we’re live-aboards. We have lived on one or another vessel for going on ten years now, and we love it. We have always used a composting toilet, a DIY one that I came up with, (instructions on an Amazon pamphlet Here: https://www.amazon.com/Floating-Empire-composting-toilet-book-ebook/dp/B07P8JLF1J/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=don+elwell&sr=8-3) Unfortunately, on our new boat the design wasn’t working well. For various reasons, it was hard to dump and clean. We were looking for another option (that we could afford) and the Boxio unit came available on Amazon, so we thought we’d give it a shot.Construction: The unit is small, compact, and quite stoutly built. Think (if you’re an American) milk carton construction. The urine diverter is similarly solid, rather thicker plastic than I’d be led to expect. The internal containers for waste and urine are likewise molded plastic and are adequately solid.Assembly: is pretty simple. The unit came well packed, and all that is needed to assemble it is to screw in four post-and-screw assemblies on the four courners (a hex wrench and washer for use as a flat blade is provided) and to use an included cord to lace on the lid as a hinge. I had initially some questions about the strength of these little posts, but once installed, they seem quite solid.Use: The urine container keeps all odors away from your living quarters. We were at first concerned about the size, but the thing is obviously larger than it appears. We wind up dumping it on a daily basis, but it’s usually only about half full.The solid waste container uses biodegradable liners (as an option. It would, of course, work fine without.) Dumping the waste us a matter of gathering up the sides of the little bag and twisting it to close. Very, very effective.The hemp biomass (provided with this kit) works well and can be used sparingly. We have, for years, used wood stove pellets as biomass (they’re cheap and tidy) and have not attempted to use those in this particular application, but I see no reason why they, or coir, or sawdust wouldn’t work just as well.The lid does an admirable job of keeping smells contained and flies out of the unit. I like that it fits snugly.Things we like: No odor at all, easy empty, compact design that simply blends into the environment when not in use.Things we dont particularly like:It’s really low. We ordered the raised base, which should ameliorate that, but talk about a squatti potti. . .on the other hand it would fit easily on a small boat or in a cabin or van.There’s a little detent in the seat/urine diverter at the front which is apparently intended to facilitate opening it, but there’s really no way to get traction with it. I still wind up sticking my fingers where I’d rather not to open and dump the thing.As many have pointed out, the only way to empty the urine container is to unscrew the seal in the center and dump it out. While it has a handy carrying handle, the handle is in the way of the urine when you turn it over to dump it, and it’s very nearly impossible to get every last drop of the pee out of the bottle. A side drain (and some folks have drilled one) on the top would fix this, or moving the handle to the edge.On the whole, though: This is a nice, compact, well thought out alternative to either a bucket or to the $1000 composting toilets available on the market. We’re happy we bought it and it is, at least so far, working well for us.Don aboard the shantyboat “Dragonfly”.

    Excellent for the price & ease of use

    I’d been looking for a composting or portable toilet for my RV for a while as septic service is often unavailable. Not only did I not have $1200+ lying around for a good composting toilet, but didn’t have the proper space either. This fits in my RV bathroom without having to rip out the existing toilet, and it’s easy to empty and clean as needed. It’s very sturdy and well made.

    Ok…if you make some adjustments

    Short Review: Yes, I would buy this again.Works well for a small camper van …IF…you remember it’s not a full size toilet. Also, unless you’re 3 feet tall, DON’T ever buy this w/o the booster addition (raises the total height to 15 inches). I’m even considering adding another one (2 boosters+ main Boxio)….to get a better ‘chair height’ of 19 inches.PROs: Easy to move & store, Looks cool, My spouse loves it.Cons: Way too short w/o the booster addition* The #1 tank should be slightly vented–if the orange stopper is inserted too tightly, pressure can build up on a hot day….resulting in a ‘mist spray’ when you remove it for use* Box will slide around easily on a smooth floor–(fixed this by adding some silicone sealant to the bottom)* Clips that join top and bottom pop off easily–(fixed this by coating inside of clips with silicone sealant)* Condensation may form on seat & inside lid when unit is closed–depending on the weather…(may need to wipe it down B4 use.)* They should make a bigger pee tank option…for use with the booster addition. (I may modify mine by cutting out the section below the tank…and allowing for a taller container to fit down into the lower section.)Overall, we are happy with it’s convenience and small footprint. YMMV

    Exactly what I needed

    This got our family through a total failure of our septic system. It’s not the best for comfort, but it sure beats running to the gas station to use the “facilities” at least once a day! Will work well for our occasional camping trips too.

    Overpriced and dysfunctional

    The concept of this potty is great but the makers really failed with the execution of their idea. I doubt that anyone who has given this a good review actually used it. I actually think the creators may not have ever used it either. It’s extremely overpriced, weighs nothing and feels so flimsy. The materials are worth about $20 tops. The insert to separate urine is not sized properly, and urine splashes and runs into the back part of the potty (the solids area) most of the time when being used by a female. The separator is also not angled properly, and urine collects in the bowl and dries there, creating a smell unless you wipe it out each time you use it. Additionally, the urine collection bottle is shaped in a way that does not allow all of the liquid to get out of the bottle. It’s ridiculous. Then if you try to shake it out, the handle for the bottle is attached right at the opening, so the handle gets urine all over it. We used this for urine only, for two females on a two day trip and it was a disaster. Messy, smelly, difficult to empty. Pee everywhere, in the box, on my hands, it was super lame.We’ve been using a Thetford 135 in our van for two years and it’s been great, but I wanted to try something more straightforward and that looked less like a potty. Turns out that little potty far surpasses the BOXIO. It’s easy to use, comfortable, doesn’t feel like it will break, and super easy to clean (and keep my hands free of pee). If the BOXIO were about a third of the cost, it may be worth it, but at this price point it should be working perfectly and surpass anything else out there.

    Fits the need, 4 1/2 stars

    I was looking for an affordable composting toilet for van camping and this fits the bill. Made well, sturdy, and the price is at least half of othercomposting toilets I was looking at. It hasa good sized capacity for 1 person. The Boxio is very compact size so it fits well in my van conversion.Why a half star off? My only complaint is that the toilet seat is really narrow and long. I am 5’3″ and 130 lbs,, the Boxio toilet seat is very uncomfortable to sit on compared to the bucket toilet seat I am replacing it with that has a toilet seat similar to home toilets. When sitting on it, I am also sitting on the skinny edges of box frame that makes it very uncomfortable.

    Basically great

    After a few weeks I like the Boxio. You have to learn where to sit for 1 or 2. I was too far forward and did 2 into pee area. Then I was too far back and peed in 2 bin. Takes a while to get the right feel when sitting down. Also, it is light and needs to be secured somehow. oops, it rolled over. put heavy box of stuff in front when traveling now. No odor but I keep a bottle of odoban to spray in pee section every few times.

    AWESOME FOR THE PRICE

    This product did exactly what we needed it to do, was easy to set up and for the price is a great deal. The only thing I would change was to make it a bit taller but we put it up on a small wooden box and was perfect. Like I said though for the price it’s great esp compared to other brands that are hundreds of dollars more for essentially the same thing. I would buy another

    Great idea, poorly executed!

    I like the idea of this toilet and I like the simplicity and design however it falls short on functionality. The urine canister could have been designed with a slight funnel shape so that when you tip it over the urine actually drains out but instead this is like one of those awful water bottles that you can never get all the water out of. It is very unsanitary and you will most likely end up with urine all over your hands attempting to just simply empty the urine canister. I used it twice for my toddler and ended up needing so much water just to clean up that I might as well have just been in a luxury hotel. I think I’ll have my son’s 3D print me my own version of this and it will be better executed.

    Seit Jahrzehnten nutzte ich für meine Roadtrips ein Eimerklo mit Brille, Deckel und Müllbeutel mit Katzenstreu.Das hat in Gegenden mit guter Infrastruktur (Müllcontainern) auch immer gut funktioniert.Inzwischen habe ich einen kleineren Wagen und das Eimerklo hat darin keinen guten Stand und könnte umfallen. Was niemand will.Also sah ich mich um und stieß auf die Boxio Trenntoilette. Der Preis schreckte mich etwas ab, aber die Kompatibilität zum Stapeln mit anderen Eurokisten lockte.Nach dem ersten 4-wöchigen Roadtrip ärgere ich mich, daß ich diese Toilette nicht viel früher entdeckt und eingesetzt habe.Die Kiste steht sehr stabil und auch auf rauheren Pisten hatte ich keine Sorge um die Standfestigkeit. Durch die Trennung von Flüssigkeit und Feststoffen spart man eine Menge Katzenstreu. Die Entsorgung gestaltete sich als sehr einfach, da die Katzenstreu-Beutel leichter und kleiner waren.Den Kanister mit Urin kann man in einer Einkaufstasche mit zum nächsten öffentlichen Klo nehmen, an einer Entsorgungsstation für Wohnmobile auskippen oder im Notfall auch mal an Bäume entleeren.Es gab keinerlei Geruch im Wagen, auch wenn ich den Stopfen, den ich als Zusatz gekauft hatte, im Endeffekt gar nicht benutzt habe.Für Klopapier, Müllbeutel, Desinfektion und Feuchttücher hatte ich eine flache Eurokiste dabei, die während der Fahrt auf dem Klo stand, weil es für mich leichter war, vorm Benutzen diese flache Kiste aufs Bett zu stellen, als sie unter dem Klo hervor zu holen.Fazit: Bevor ich eine fremde Toilette nutze, die vielleicht nicht so richtig sauber ist, geh ich lieber im Wagen aufs eigene Klo. Diese Trenntoilette ist wunderbar praktisch, einfach zu reinigen und zu entsorgen.Ein Klo im Wagen ist mir persönlich viel wichtiger als eine Kochgelegenheit und die Boxio ist eins der unverzichtbaren Elemente, um sich unterwegs wohl zu fühlen!

    Very Good

    This is a great item. Forget using a smelly chemical toilet, this is the way to go! Water and waste are kept separate so there is no smell. For solids line the back compartment with a bag then sprinkle with hemp to absorb any smell. It’s in my small camper and will be stopping there. There is only one downside, it’s not comfortable to sit on for long. This is a very good compact item

    Boxio sieht super aus und scheint auch sehr stabil zu sein. Allerdings fehlte 1 Scheibe.Eine einzige Scheibe in einer Größe die wir auf die Schnelle nicht beibringen. Die Scheibe dient zur Stabilisierung und Schutz der Schrauben. Das war allerdings ärgerlich, da wir nun weitere Geschäfte auf der Suche nach dieser Scheibengröße anfahren müssen. Einfach weglassen ist keine Option. Da hätten wir uns eigentlich einen Nachlass für den Aufwand verdient. ?Das tut der Qualität als solches keinen Abbruch. Wir sind alles in allem sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl.Aber Mitteilen muß ich es trotzdem.

    Aceptable calidad-precio pero el mas asequible del mercado

    La atención al cliente fue satisfactoria, me llegó sin los tapones del deposito de orina, contacté y rápidamente me los enviaron.En cuanto al producto, realmente he de decir que el precio es caro para lo que realmente es, un tupperware, un bidón con dos tapones, una caja estandar europea de plastico con tapa, un cordel como visagra, cuatro tornillos y una base plàstica para sentarse.Si tenéis tiempo y ganas el concepto de baño seco es muy sencillo, imitar algo casero como boxio es muy sencillo y económico. Yo lamentablemente no tube tiempo y obté por comprarlo. Pero realmente si buscas algo funcional a la vez que asequible y no quieres optar por el bricolaje no me parece mala opción. Cuesta algo mas de lo que realmente ofrece, pero es el mas asequible del mercado y cumple su función. Todo depende de a que le des mas importancia.A continuación, con mas profundidad, os dejo una seríe de quejas o posibles mejoras que he observado con 3 semanas de uso diario:La base a veces se mueve, el unico asa que tiene facilita el acceso al tanque de orina pero estaria bien otra para el facil acceso al compartimento de solidos. El asiento es algo incomodo aunque te acostumbras, los accesorios marca boxio absurdamente caros, la barrera del separador de orina me parece algo baja, y la superficie que ocupa respecto a la que ocupa el agujero de las heces, excesiva. Al mismo tiempo también me parece muy bajo, (al igual que el wc en sí), yo no se que mini-zurullitos deben hacer en Alemania pero si comes en abundancia las heces quedan en posición vertical y terminan manchando las paredes de la bolsa del contenedor de solidos obligandote a cubrir inecesariamente de serrín, a veces incluso a deshechar la bolsa entera si no quieres malos olores, ya que como sabéis es importantisimo queden bien cubiertas para evitar olores. Esto se solucionaria aumentando espacio de solidos y haciendo el baño en sí mas grande, ya que el accesorio elevador no soluciona el problema, la altura del recipiente sigue igual. Abrir la tapa de los solidos es bastante complicado cuando tiene una bolsa, un tirador se agradecería, sobretodo cuando tienes una urgencia. Unas asas para cogerlo estarían bien. El deposito de orina es muy plano y cuesta vaciar por completo y al ser transparente es muy indiscreto, lo he pintado de negro excepto en una franja lateral por donde puedo comprovar el nivel. Me parece un poco insultante que la visagra sea una cuerda y agradecería que la tapa tubiera unos burletes o mejor sellado para hacer una barrera extra al olor.

    Pratique, facile à utiliser et propre

    Boxio est petit et discret – on ne veut pas toujours le montrer à tout le monde. Les enfants peuvent même l’utiliser seuls de manière optimale.J’ai échangé Boxio contre des toilettes chimiques, parce que les produits chimiques étaient trop chers et que j’ai toujours trouvé l’élimination un peu dégoûtante.Pour moi aussi, c’est super. Il y a une bonne séparation et je suis vraiment surprise que ça ne sente presque pas et que l’élimination soit tellement plus agréable.Pour le prix, c’est vraiment une super qualité.

    Simple and practical, much easier to clean than a normal portapoti.

    Nice design, but could definitely be about 20cm taller for normal sized people to use comfortably. Seats a bit small for an adult and at regular price it is way to expensive for what it is.

    Be Careful if You’re in Canada

    UPDATED after quite a bit of use. Not as simple as the seller wants you to believe. Good luck getting anything more than a couple of “dumps” in them. You have to be careful of the urine separator, doesn’t exactly seal well. Just saying. And I never write a review after trying products for a bit. And I hope I don’t end up with the COD going to collections since I could never get an answer back from the seller. The seat is horribly uncomfortable. Would not recommend this product. Try the other product from Germany, looks quite a bit nicer and hopefully a better fit if you know what I mean!!!They will hit you with extra delivery charges. It works I guess. But there is another product made in Germany as well that is much nicer to look at. Prices are comparable. They won’t help you with the cost of the undeclared delivery charges that you already pay through Amazon. Someone’s getting money that isn’t theirs and it is not me. Don’t deal with this company go with the other company.

    Hmmm… C’est un peu cher pour ce que c’est, surtout que pour arriver au Québec y’a eu 79$ de frais en plus.Sinon, côté support, ce n’est pas très confortable, un peu bas. Pour vider le bac d’urine même pas un système de bec verseur! Comment tout vider jusqu’à la dernière goutte ? Telle est la question.D’autre part, il faut devisser le bouchon pour fermer le bac à urine, peu pratique. Bref ça n’est pas un produit aboutit, demande encore un peu d’effort.Le bac à excréments est un peu petit. À quand une version plus haute?Si vous avez du temps, acheter un kit DIY, sinon bah vous n’aurez pas le choix d’acheter cette boîte.Voilà.
