Not as advertised
When we received the package we thought it was kind of small to hold a 200w panel. When we opened it up we found it is not a 200 watt system it is about a 30 watt which doesn’t help with our system. Don’t waste your money if you’re looking for a larger system.

useless piece of crap
i press the menu button and nothing happens. i tried plugging the solar panel into the unit but nothing happened, no matter which way i had it plugged in. had to strip the wires in the solar adapter connector to make sure it fit into the screw terminals which is the worst design possible for a unit like this. wires were not clearly marked as to plus and minus. i assumed the wire with the long lines were the negative, but you never know.am i supposed to charge this first? how? the adapters given do nothing to help. output only, no input connection to charge. unit only has screw in terminals for most functions.i haven’t been able to use it for anything.useless. and that includes the instructionsgive me my money back

So confused. What is this.
We have a few days to figure this out before sending it back. Instructions are not helpful.Note to seller: make a quick video for us to follow. This is NOT 200 watts of solar which I figured. Maybe 20 but I’m betting 10 watts. These are not mc4 connectors. Just a basic connection. The confusing part is why would the battery connector cable have a connector on the end? Those should be basic wire ends to go into the charge controller. The same with the cigarette lighter connector. You would never plug into a cigarette from the solar. I can see some idiot getting hurt. Lol.

No way this is 200w
Don’t waste your money. Every part of this kit is garbage. Don’t let the cheap price draw you in, you definitely get what you pay for with this kit. I can’t believe Amazon is still allowing this to be listed with misinformation. I knew better than to waste my time but I was trying to be thrifty. I won’t make that mistake again

I gave it 4 star just because the advertising and the actual spec were off by quite q bit
I didnt like that the specs were as it claims in the add . It claims to be a 100 watt solar panel when running at peak efficiency and during peak sunshine. But on the positive side the controller is an absolute for any solar setup (thats included) and the fact that its practically plug and play is amazing.
